How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

No refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom/special orders.

Stock items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 calendar days after delivery. All returns must be approved by our customer service department before being shipped back to us and assigned an RMA number. Items shipped back to us without an RMA number will not be accepted. All returned stock items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition. Refunds are contingent upon satisfactory inspection of the return once we receive it.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.
